We had the best time this summer, vacationing just the four of us, at our family vacation home in Idaho. The town is located up in the mountains, right next to the most fabulous lake! It was unusually hot, even for July, and the girls had a blast swimming and playing in the sand everyday. Mike got in a little golf and I read one or two books!! It truly defined what vacation with kids is supposed to look like.

I don't know all of Becca's close friends personally. My husband Jon went to high school with Becca, and I met her way back then through mutual friends, and have seen her over the years through mutual friends as well. My husband works with Matt @ SPD. We are however very close friends with Darrin and Angela Ditchen. Jon is Darrin's cousin, and we were all friends growing up. When I started blogging, it was only Angela who left comments on my blog, then Becca found me. After I started commenting on Becca's blog, all her friends started commenting on mine. So I consider them all "my blogging friends" Sorry this took me so long to explain, but now you know....."the rest of the story" :)
