Well, I teach kids as young as 5 and have had great success with them, and Daphne is definitely bright, so I'm sure you could find her a teacher. Or, because of her energy level, you might wait another year. Maybe this year you could buy a nice, used upright piano? Pianos are investments in a way; if you take care of them, they only grow in value over time, and I cannot overemphasize what a wonderful thing it is to have in a house! Because Daph is so musical, I think she'd love piano. I highly encourage you to give it some thought.
